This is a good place, high quality ingredients, nice taste & well made food. Pizzas were exceptional & the pasta was well made. Soup was bad, only water. Deserts were very good, we tried vegan sweet, really nice. The low rating for illegal 5% service charge and unwilling staff to adjust it. I will NOT go again where staff and management are supporting illegal charges.

I used to regard Little Italy as the best Italian restaurant around, but my visit after four years left me deeply disappointed by the severe drop in food quality. I ordered - Pasta Barberasca with ravioli- only to find the ravioli was not fresh. Upon inquiry, I learned they no longer prepare it in-house. The server replaced it with penne, which turned out to be just plain pasta with no vegetables. Mediterranean pizza was another letdown, being excessively oily. Also the ambiance is very dark and loomy, slow service as well. Not sure if it's only for this branch. Given the experience, if you're planning to spend 1000 bucks per person, I'd recommend doing it somewhere else.
